The Steriline RVCM Robotic Vial Capping Machine is a highly advanced aseptic capping solution for today’s cutting-edge pharmaceuticals. It has been specifically engineered for the campaign production of high-value product that requires complete containment. With a capacity of up to 6,000 pcs/h, the RVCM uses a superb anthropomorphic VHP compatible robot from industry-leaders STÄUBLI to handle all vial transport.

4 capping heads operate simultaneously to provide maximum efficiency while minimising errors. The RVCM has been engineered using a “zero rejection” philosophy. This means that where the machine detects a missing cap or stopper the vial is recapped, not rejected. This reduces wastage of high-value product to near zero.

Throughout the capping process, the RVCM continuously monitors for the presence of viable and non-viable particles. It has been engineered to meet or exceed all relevant cGMP, GAMP and 21CFR Part11 requirements. As part of a complete aseptic production system the RVCM can be added to the same monobloc as the Steriline RVFM, providing you with a self-contained and complete aseptic vial filling and capping solution.
