High-speed palletizing of bundles, cartons, multipacks and drums
The Orion line of palletizers with in-line infeed from OCME can handle packs such as bundles, cartons, crates, multipacks, drums, etc. Unlike 90 palletizers, product infeed and layer forming take place along the same direction of movement. There is no downtime during the layer forming cycle, so the maximum machine speed is generally higher.
There are 2 models, the Orion L stationary pallet low level palletizer with infeed divider and an output speed of up to 5 layers/minute, and the Orion H mobile pallet high level palletizer with infeed divider and an output speed of up to 9 layers per minute.
