The HB Batch tempering from Hacos is an automatic batch tempering machine for chocolate and fillings. 35 minutes per batch when starting from melted chocolate.
External cold water is used to flow through the system and circulated by a water circulation pump. Inside the tank, a sturdy mixing system with scrapers provides excellent mixing and heat-exchanging for a fast and good tempering result. All the parameters can be controlled through the PLC touch screen.
