The Chardon-truffle rolling machine from Hacos was specially developed for the automatic truffle enrobing. It works with a moving and adjustable wire belt system for truffle ball decoration. The parameters of the Chocolate truffle rolling machine, are control via the electronic command panel. Also available with automatic truffle ball feeding.
