Technology for separation in the chemical industry

Quality of input feedstock is vital, and at Vekamaf we can advise on a range of equipment designed to remove contaminants and increase quality. We have a series of products designed to remove dust and other particulates such as vacuum belt filters and vacuum drum filters, as well as airborne dust extraction.

We have a range of specialist equipment to suit specific industries. For example, industries that use plastic granules see better product quality and decreased equipment wear maintenance downtime when the raw materials used are clean. We can supply dedusters for plastic granules to meet these needs.

Our engineers have extensive knowledge of equipment for processing feeds to extract oils or other compounds using a range of evaporation, distillation and concentration plants. As well as production scale equipment, we can advise on the commissioning of pilot plants for these processes, allowing you to test and upscale to full production more efficiently.

For the high efficiency separation of particulates Vekamaf can advise on a range of air classifiers, suitable for a wide range of volumes and particulate sizes, including superfine options. Using the latest technology, we can recommend air classifiers that have decreased running costs whilst boosting your production efficiency.
