Decorating, or adding finishing touches and flourishes using food ingredients, is a key part of providing a quality end-product in the confectionery and bakery industries. Decorating equipment can take a wide range of ingredients and deliver them in various decorative ways to embellish a product before it moves to final packing. Technology for decorating product in the bakery and confectionery industry

We advise on the very latest depositing technology, and we have machines capable of high speed, high accuracy decoration using more difficult masses such as jams, caramels and toffees, as well as liquid chocolate, cremes and other fat-based masses. These can work to deposit directly onto final product or separately to be combined in a later process.

For advanced decorative work, Vekamaf offer a range of moulding and stencilling machines. With the ability to produce complex shapes and designs and to have a rapid changeover these machines are ideal for batch production or multi-run processes.

Direct multi-nozzle chocolate decorators allow the quick addition of zig-zag, loop and other designs directly onto enrobed products allowing maximum throughput.

Finally, we are also able to advise on a range of ancillary equipment such as de-moulders and extruders.
