Technology for forming confectionery and food items

Vekamaf support a range of cutting-edge chocolate depositing machines to suit every production environment. From flexible small volume depositors with quick change features for batch production through to high volume continuous production depositors designed to use less energy and for maximum reliability.

We can provide depositing machines to produce a wide range of filled and solid chocolate products, including the highest quality delicate, small batch products. All machines are designed to be easy and quick to clean to maintain hygiene standards and reduce downtime for routine cleaning or product changeover.

To produce bars and slabs using multiple ingredients we can provide a full range of strand forming equipment capable of handling anywhere from 1 to 3 strands of ingredient mixes to suit the most complicated product recipes. Our range of high performance strand and slab cutting machinery improves performance and efficiency of the formation of bars, strips and similar final product shapes.
