Technology for continuous pharmaceutical production units

We can supply machine for filling liquid dosage forms such as vials, ampoules, syringes and bottles, including in aseptic conditions. For the production of tablet and capsule dosage forms our systems include manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic solutions operating at a variety of scales to suit all production volumes. Our innovative strip and blister packing machines allow a wide range of size and type of product to be quickly and securely packed. Quality and accuracy can be ensured by including checkweighing and fill level checking systems, as well as a range of highly accurate inspection systems to ensure contamination-free products.

We can particularly assist you with advice on the latest automated systems for palletization, including depalletizers, conveying systems, automated pallet wrapping and the latest in autonomous warehousing systems including laser-guided vehicles.
