Vekamaf can advise on a wide range of sterilizing equipment across a broad range of pharmaceutical applications. We offer a range of superheated steam sterilizing solutions, including autoclaves, pure steam sterilizers and pure steam generators. We also cater for specialist requirements. For example, our Superheated water shower autoclave is specially designed for sterilizing large batches of parenteral solutions and has a high production capacity.
For chemical sterilization, we have solutions for dry fogging using hydrogen peroxide, as well as safety-enhanced ethylene oxide sterilizing units.
For the removal of pyrogens from vessels to be used for injectable pharmaceuticals our engineers can advise on depyrogenation systems using hot dry air and laminar flow. These provide for for excellent production performance and allow for the containers to be totally dry immediately after exiting the system.
