Technologies for pharmaceutical industry R&D environments

At Vekamaf we can supply lab-scale mixing machinery such as conical screw mixers, and high shear impact mixers. Our range of dispersal machines includes ultra-fine machinery able to produce the finest micro-emulsions and suspension. We also have specialist lab equipment such as our resonance acoustic mixer, providing a non-invasive mixing solution that improves culture productivity. These small-scale machines will give you results that can be scaled up accurately in full-scale production, allowing entire lines to be designed and tested before commitment to implementation.

We have a range of filtration solutions for specific processes. For example, our Nutsche filter is ideal for batch filtration of liquids with a high solids content, particularly when the solids are required to have sophisticated treatments afterward.

For biotech processes, we offer a range of lab scale bioreactors and controllers, including a range of mini-bioreactors that offer a true scaled-down process for volumes as little as 250ml.

If your production process involves freeze-drying we can advise on a cutting-edge range of lab-scale freeze dryers, including our pilot freeze-dryer for scale up that will produce accurate and reliable results that are able to be easily scaled into full size production processes.

When testing it’s important that lab conditions mirror the production environment precisely. Our range of dehumidifiers are designed to exactly replicate conditions found in the production environment to ensure that your testing and design work will scale up accurately every time.
